Welcome to the ARAS PLAZA, owned and produced by ARAS PLAZA, Inc. (ARAS PLAZA web site and ARAS PLAZA, Inc. are collectively referred to as “ARAS PLAZA”). ARAS PLAZA makes available a variety of products and services through ARAS PLAZA (collectively, the “Products and Services”) subject to these General Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”).
Because the Terms and Conditions contain legal obligations, please read them carefully.

1.ACCEPTANCE

By using the Products and Services, you agree, without limitation or qualification, to be bound by, and to comply with, these Terms and Conditions and any other posted guidelines or rules applicable to any individual ARAS PLAZA web site, Product or Service.

2.CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS ON USE

Use of the Products and Services is subject to compliance with these Terms and Conditions. You acknowledge and agree that ARAS PLAZA may terminate your access to ARAS PLAZA or to any of the Products and Services should you fail to comply with the Terms and Conditions. Any such termination shall be in ARAS PLAZA’s sole discretion and may occur without prior notice, or any notice. ARAS PLAZA further reserves the right to terminate any user’s access to ARAS PLAZA or to any of the Products and Services for any conduct that ARAS PLAZA, in its sole discretion, believes is or may be directly or indirectly harmful to other users, to ARAS PLAZA or its subsidiaries, affiliates, or business contractors, or to other third parties, or for any conduct that violates any local, or foreign laws or regulations.

3.REGISTRATION AND PRIVACY

Certain of the Products and Services will require the user to register and provide certain data. In consideration of use of such Products and Services, in registering and providing such data, you represent and warrant that: (a) the information about yourself is true, accurate, current, and complete (apart from optional items) as required by ARAS PLAZA registration forms (“Registration Data”) and (b) you will maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or ARAS PLAZA has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, ARAS PLAZA has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Products and Services. (c) If you are an individual, you must be 18 years or older to use the ARAS PLAZA service and by registering, you represent that you are 18 years or older. We may require at any time that you provide evidence of your age.

All ARAS PLAZA registrations become the exclusive property of ARAS PLAZA, its subsidiaries. ARAS PLAZA reserves the right to use and reuse all registration and other personally identifiable user information. Users may edit, update, alter or obscure their personally identifiable information at any time by following the instructions located in ARAS PLAZA sites.

4.MEMBER AND USER CONDUCT

Upon registering, you will receive a password and ARAS PLAZA ID. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and ID, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or ID. You agree to (a) immediately notify ARAS PLAZA of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. ARAS PLAZA cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this requirement.

You acknowledge and agree that all information, code, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, pictures, graphics, video, chat, messages, files, or other materials (“Content”), whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, are the sole responsibility of the person from which such Content originated. This means that you, and not ARAS PLAZA, are entirely responsible for all Content that you upload, post, email or otherwise transmit via the Services. ARAS PLAZA does not control the user or third-party Content posted via the Products and Services, and, as such, does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such user or third-party Content. You acknowledge and agree that by using the Products and Services, you may be exposed to Content that is offensive, indecent or objectionable. Under no circumstances will ARAS PLAZA be liable in any way for any user or third-party Content, including, but not limited to, for any errors or omissions in any such Content, or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any such Content posted, emailed or otherwise transmitted via the Products and Services. As a general matter, ARAS PLAZA does not pre-screen user or third-party Content posted on ARAS PLAZA, except for certain areas where ARAS PLAZA employs certain automated screening software, although ARAS PLAZA reserves the right to do so. ARAS PLAZA does not guarantee that any screening will be done to your satisfaction or that any screening will be done at all. ARAS PLAZA reserves the right to monitor some, all, or no areas of the Products and Services for adherence to these Terms and Conditions or any other rules or guidelines posted by ARAS PLAZA.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not use ARAS PLAZA Products and Services to:
– Upload, post, email, otherwise transmit, or post links to any Content, or select any member or username or email address, that is unlawful, harmful, pornographic or otherwise objectionable.
– Collect or store personally identifying information about other users for unlawful purposes.

You acknowledge and agree that ARAS PLAZA and its designees shall have the right (but not the obligation), in their sole discretion, to refuse to publish, remove, or block access to any Content that is available via the Products and Services at any time, for any reason, or for no reason at all, with or without notice. ARAS PLAZA may also terminate access to, or membership in ARAS PLAZA, or any portion thereof, for violating these Terms and Conditions. You acknowledge and agree that you must evaluate, and bear all risks associated with, the use of any Content, including any reliance on the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of such Content. In this regard, you acknowledge that you may not rely on any Content created by or obtained through the use of ARAS PLAZA Products and Services.

You expressly acknowledge and agree that ARAS PLAZA may preserve Content and may also disclose Content if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (a) comply with legal process; (b) enforce the Terms and Conditions; (c) respond to claims that any Content violates the rights of third-parties; or (d) protect the rights, property, or personal safety of ARAS PLAZA, its users and the public. You acknowledge and agree that the technical processing and transmission of the Products and Services, including your Content, may involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices.

ARAS PLAZA also may suspend or terminate any user account for any Product or Service because of user inactivity. For example, ARAS PLAZA account may be terminated or suspended if a user fails to sign-in to ARAS PLAZA Service for an extended period of time; please see ARAS PLAZA Rules and Regulation section for more information regarding ARAS PLAZA’s policies concerning account termination.

5.LICENSE TO MEMBER WEB PAGES AND OTHER USER CONTENT

By submitting a web page to ARAS PLAZA, or any other web page hosting service on ARAS PLAZA, you grant ARAS PLAZA a world-wide, royalty-free, nonexclusive, worldwide, unrestricted license to use, copy, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, create compilations including, and distribute such web page, and any associated Content, for the limited purposes of publishing and promoting the user’s web page in connection with the particular service with which the user has chosen to have the web page hosted and for publishing and promoting such web page elsewhere within ARAS PLAZA. Such license shall apply with respect to any form, media, or technology now known or later developed. The term of the license will extend only for the duration of the user’s membership with the particular ARAS PLAZA service. You acknowledge and agree that ARAS PLAZA runs advertisements on the web pages of its users and grant ARAS PLAZA the right to do so. These advertisements may include, without limitation, “banner” advertisements and “pop-up text” advertisements. The manner, mode, and extent of such advertising is subject to change.

ARAS PLAZA Privacy Policy Statement

The ARAS PLAZA Ltd. (referred to as “ARAS PLAZA“, “we“, “us” and “our“) takes individuals’ privacy seriously. This Statement explains our policies and practices and applies to information collection and use including but not limited to while you are visiting and using www.Aras Plaza.com (the “Site“).

For the purposes of the relevant data protection laws in force in places including but not limited to Republic of Korea and the European Union (the “EU”), ARAS PLAZA is data controller and/or data user which control the collection, holding, processing or use of your personal data. This Statement is also part of our Terms of Service for the Site.

We respect your privacy, and we promise:

  • information (such as, your name, your company name, address, telephone number, mobile phone number, fax number, email address, website, nature of business and product/service details etc. of your company) when you register with us, use our services, attend our functions, or communicate with us. In some circumstances, we may also collect personal identification data such as your passport or identity card number, date of birth and/or nationality for security and verification purposes.
  • in connection with an account sign-in facility, your log-in and password details. 
  • the content of any communications you send to us, for example, to report a problem or to submit queries, concerns or comments regarding the Site or its content; and
  • information from surveys that we may, from time to time, run on the Site for research purposes, if you choose to respond to, or participate in, them.

The provision of personal data by you is necessary in order for us to provide you with the requested services and for us to perform our contractual obligations (if any) to you (as one of the legitimate interests of ARAS PLAZA). If you do not supply such data, we may be unable to provide the requested service.

We only retain personal data for so long as it is necessary for the fulfillment of the purpose (including any directly related purpose) for which the data is or is to be used.

In addition, when you browse the Site, we will collect the basic technical information that your browser sends to the Site such as your browser type and language, access times, the address of the site from which you came to the Site, your Internet Protocol (IP) address, or click stream data within our website (i.e., the actions taken in connection with the Site) etc. We collect such technical information during your visit to the Site through our automatic data collection tools, which may include cookies and other commonly used technologies.   • (h) complying with laws, regulations or codes of practice in or outside Turkey
  • (i) legal proceedings, including collecting overdue amounts
  • (j) other purposes directly relating to the activities identified above
  • (k) prevention or detection of crime, and protection of the security and safety of our events and trade fairs
  • (l) verification of identity in events organized by us where it is necessary to verify your identity.

Your personal identification data such as date of birth and nationality (if collected by us) will be used solely for the purpose in (k) above. Your photo, passport or identity card number & copy will be used solely for the purposes in (k) and (l) above.

We may conduct direct marketing via fax, email, direct mail, telephone and other means of communication whether now or hereafter known or send e-newsletters to you. You may choose not to receive promotional materials, by simply telling us (see below for contact details), and we will cease to do so, without charge. If applicable law requires that we receive your explicit consent before we send you certain types of marketing communications, we will only send you those types of communications after receiving your explicit consent.

We will keep the personal data we hold confidential but may provide your personal data to:

  • actual or proposed transferees or participants of our services

We may provide your personal data as required or permitted by law to comply with a summons, subpoena or similar legal process or government request, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is legally required or otherwise necessary to protect our rights and property, or the rights, property or safety of others, including but not limited to advisers, law enforcement, judicial and regulatory authorities in or outside Turkey. We may also transfer your personal data to a third party that acquires all or part of our assets or shares, or that succeeds us in carrying on all or a part of our business, whether by merger, acquisition, reorganization or otherwise.

To prevent and detect crimes and to protect the security and safety of our events and trade fairs, we may provide your personal identification data such as your full passport/identity card no., date of birth and nationality to the law enforcement authorities in Turkey including the Turkey Police Force, Immigration Department, Customs Department and other similar authorities upon their lawful request (but not to any other third party save as expressly specified below).

We may also provide your passport or identity card number to personnel, agents, auditors, contractors and service providers in connection with the organization of our events, persons under a duty of confidentiality to us and /or persons to whom we are required to make disclosure under applicable laws in or outside Turkey.

4.Cookies

Cookies are small, sometimes encrypted text files that are stored on computer hard drives by websites that you visit. They are used to help you to navigate on websites efficiently as well as to provide information to the owner of the website. Cookies do not contain any software programs. There are two general types of cookies, session cookies and persistent cookies. Session cookies are only used during a session online and will be deleted once you leave a website. Membership Regulation

You as the author of your pages take full responsibility for its contents. As the author you state your page contains nothing illegal, pornographic. As the author, you also state that nothing on your page is copyrighted material. You agree that ARAS PLAZA has the right (for any reason or no reason) to remove any page. By submitting your pages, you are agreeing to all conditions as below.

  • 1.Pages are subject to removal, if there is no member login on ARAS PLAZA for 90 days.
  • 2.ARAS PLAZA reserves the right to delete any page it deems unacceptable for any reason without prior notice. Here are the examples.
    1) Non-English Pages
    2) Pages containing critical errors
    3) Pages containing anything illegal
    4) One company’s pages built by multi-IDs
    5) Pages for testing
  • 3.ARAS PLAZA makes no guarantee as to the availability of service.
  • 4.A valid email must remain on your page(s) or it will be removed.
  • 5.Pages cannot contain, or contain links to, any of the following:
    nudity, sex, pornography, foul language, hate propaganda, anything illegal, mail fraud or pyramid schemes. This includes anything considered adult material.
  • 6.You cannot copy any other page and/or images without prior consent from the originator of the other page and/or images. 
  • 7.You cannot obtain paid advertising for your page. Paid advertising is reserved for ARAS PLAZA. You can advertise your company or products here, but you cannot get paid from an outside source to advertise on your page.
  • 8.ARAS PLAZA reserves the right to change these rules at any time without notice.

Product Listing Policy

*IMPORTANT* PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE REGISTERING YOUR TRADING ITEM(S) ON ARAS PLAZA.COM

  • You may not post, sell or buy any item that is restricted or prohibited by a federal, state or local law in any country or jurisdiction on Aras Plaza.com.
  • Please be aware that ARAS PLAZA does not permit any trading items that are illegal, infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others, or may easily be used for illegal purposes.
  • As a member of ARAS PLAZA, you are responsible for ensuring that the trading items you have posted are legal or permissible. Thus, before posting any product, selling lead and/or buying lead, you need to make sure that your trading items are NOT against the ‘Product Listing Policy’.
  • ARAS PLAZA reserves the right to remove any trading items that violate the ‘Product Posting Policy’ without further notice. ARAS PLAZA also reserves the right to disable the accounts of any members who continue to violate the ‘Product Posting Policy’ after having been warned.

The following is a list of products/product types that are prohibited on ARAS PLAZA:

1.1 Any and all listing or sale of narcotics, tranquilizers, psychotropic drugs, natural drugs, synthetic drugs, steroids and other controlled substances

1.2 The listing or sale of all drug precursor chemicals

2.1 The posting of prescription drugs, psychotropic drugs and narcotics is strictly prohibited.

2.2 The listing or sale of orally administered or ingested sexual enhancement foods and supplements is prohibited.

2.3 Prescription drugs or devices, controlled substances, unapproved drugs, unapproved medical devices.

  • 3. Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) Infringing Products.

3.1 Replica and Counterfeit Items

3.2 Unauthorized Copies of Intellectual Property

  • 4. Gold dust, gold bullion and other precious metals (not including jewelry)

4.1 Listings that offer the sale or buying of gold, silver and other precious metals (not including jewelry) are prohibited.

4.2 Rough diamonds and “conflict minerals” originating from non-compliant countries may not be listed.

  • 5. Counterfeit currency and stamps
  • 6. Tobacco Products

6.1 The posting of tobacco products, including cigars, cigarettes, cigarette tobacco, pipe tobacco, hookah tobacco, chewing tobacco and tobacco leaf is prohibited.

6.2 The posting of electronic cigarettes is not permitted. Cigarettes accessories are permitted, however nicotine and other liquids (e-liquids) for use in electronic cigarettes is forbidden.

  • 7. Fake documents
       (e.g., Degrees or Diplomas, Government and transit documents, Government IDs and licenses)
  • 8. Wildlife and related animal products
       (e.g., pelts, skins, internal organs, teeth, claws, shells, bones, tusks, ivory and other parts)
  • 9. Financial services, including money transfers, issuing bank guarantees and letters of credit, loans, fundraising and funding for personal investment purposes, etc.
  • 10. Others
  • Adult subscription services or chatting services
  • Contracts and tickets
  • Credit card, credit repair Services, applications for financial services or loans, collection services
  • Firearms, ammunition, high-capacity magazines, stun guns, air guns, military weapons
  • Human body parts, fluids and remains
  • Lottery, raffle, contests related
  • Mailing lists and personal information
  • Pornographic, erotic & adult contents including but not limited to: pictures, videos, DVDs, magazines, toys, etc.
  • Posts promoting hatred, racism or religious persecution products or images showcasing nudity.
  • Requests for donations
  • Sanctioned and prohibited items
  • Software – Unauthorized, OEM or bundled copies of software
  • Spyware, Spam ware, e-mail advertising, opt-in or any commercial messaging services

The Product Listing Policy listed as above should not be considered exhaustive in nature and shall be updated on a continuous basis.
